Accessible Seating & Ticketing Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating and removable armrest seating are located in various sections and levels throughout the New Orleans Arena. Please identify yourself as a disabled guest upon purchasing tickets. Only one (1) companion/escort may accompany a disabled guest into designated seating areas. Any questions and/or concerns should be directed to the Arena Box Office at (504) 587-3822. Accessible Parking Parking for guests with disabilities is available in Lot 3, which is located across from the East side of the New Orleans Arena off of La Rouge Street. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card. To view the parking map, please click here. (insert link to Parking page) Hearing Assistance Assistive Listening Devices can be retrieved at the Guest Services Booth located at Section 108. Identification is required to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event. Sign language interpreters can be arranged by the ADA Facilitator, please allow at least 10 business days to fulfill such a request (see contact info for ADA Facilitator below). Guests with Visual Impairments / Service Animals Trained guide dogs, signal dogs, or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the Arena. Please identify such animals to Guest Service Staff upon entry. The ADA Facilitator can be contacted at (504) 587-3916 or ada@superdome.com. Requests for aid and service should be made at least ten (10) business days prior to event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill a request if made less than ten (10) business days in advance of an event.
